專長

本實驗室主要以斑馬魚及小鼠兩種模式動物為材料,以基因轉殖的方法來探討參與口腔顱顏發育過程中基因的調控機制。研究的重點在於眼睛、牙齒及骨骼發育相關基因之啟動子分析,以及利用這些啟動子表現特殊訊息傳遞分子,來干擾正常發育,從而闡明這些分子之功能。
